Tony Womac is a fifth grade teacher in regular life, but when he puts on his cape he becomes Super Coach -- of the FTO Marlins Swim Team! The team had around 70 kids, ages 5-18, this year, lower than usual, but they're expecting more next year. They've had up to 140 in past years!

If you think your child would like to swim on the team, you can find more information here.

Tony sometimes has team members practice swimming with tennis balls in their hands in order to improve their strokes. How you hold your hands makes a difference in how you swim.

Finally, after all the hard work, it's time to invite some competitors over!

Swimming is an art and these kids do a great job of practicing it.

More info here.
